DESCRIPTION:This is a traditional service using the 1662 Book of Common Pra
 yer. When you arrive at the church you will be welcomed and you will find 
 a hymn book and a prayer book in the pew.\n\nWe open with a hymn and then 
 say sorry to God for the things we have said and done that have hurt or wo
 unded others or ourselves. Together we read a psalm which is a poem/song f
 rom the OT that Jesus would have used in his worship. We then listen to re
 adings from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible interspersed with two 
 more songs from the Bible called the Magnificat and the Nunc Dimittis\, wh
 ich we sing. The minister also leads the congregation in singing the verse
 s and responses from the BCP service. There is a sermon of about 10-15 min
 utes and then prayers for the needs of the church\, the world\, our commun
 ity\, and those who have asked for personal prayer if they are poorly or b
 ereaved. All this is interspersed with 3 more traditional hymns\n\nThe who
 le service lasts about an hour.
